how do I clean my diffuser plate?
use soap and water with a light scrubbing method to wash your diffuser plate. residual scent from the most recently used essential oil is normal. while we enjoy layering scents on our diffuser plates, here are a couple of ways to clear any scents:
sprinkle baking soda on your diffuser plate and let it sit for a few hours or overnight. baking soda is a natural deodorizer that will also absorb the essential oil. this is our favorite method of getting rid of any residual scent.
mix equal parts white vinegar and water in a spray bottle and lightly mist your diffuser plate. vinegar is also a natural deodorizer that will evaporate as it dries and take any odors with it.
